Tchoukball / Throwing Reflection




 1. Two things I did well was my motion after I threw the ball and my power.
 2. Two things I need to improve on are bringing my elbow high to the height of my shoulder
     and bringing my hand back behind my head and elbow.
 3. I did notice some improvement.
 4. I applied my skills pretty well when play Tchoukball.
